We are passionate about developing healthy churches and leaders, so as people begin to serve by leading others, we plug them into our leadership pipeline.
Leadership Roundtables and Cohorts
We also meet throughout the year with those we are developing for church leadership in our roundtables and cohorts. Our roundtables focus on leading the groups and teams in our church well, while cohorts focus on developing leaders for shepherding and stewarding different areas of the ministry at CrossWay or wherever life may take them.
